1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate all purchases, which include the registration, placing orders and accessing products \u201cGluck Garment Industries, Unipessoal Lda.\u201d, located in Travessa do S\u00e9quito C, 143 4805-034 Guimar\u00e3es, Portugal and with VAT number 518229998<\/span>, on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com and are applicable to all product sales between Gluck and any User that makes an order via this website.<\/p>\n

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions is understood by:<\/p>\n

a) \u2013 \u201cGluck \u201d \u2013 The products marketed by Gluck through the website gluckgarmentindustries.com;<\/p>\n

b) \u2013 \u201cUser\u201d \u2013 Any individual who places an order through the website gluckgarmentindustries.com.<\/p>\n

1.3 The use of the website gluckgarmentindustries.com and the purchase of products Gluck presumes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.<\/p>\n

2. Registration on the website<\/h4>\n

2.1 To place an order, the User can register by filling the mandatory fields of the registration form on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com.<\/p>\n

2.1.1 You can also place your order through a simple process that does not require registration. However, when you sign up on the website your data and preferences will be recorded to be easily accessed and used in future purchases.<\/p>\n

3.2 All information regarding the characteristics of the products can be found at gluckgarmentindustries.com<\/p>\n

3.3 Gluck reserves the right to modify at any time the information, the range of products, prices, promotions and the Terms and Conditions existing on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com.<\/p>\n

4. Place orders on the website<\/h4>\n

4.1 To place an order on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com is necessary that the User has an e-mail account, and that their browser is set to accept cookies and pop- ups, which will allow the full use of all the features available on Gluck\u2019s online store.<\/p>\n

4.1.1 The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, and to do so it\u2019s necessary to:<\/p>\n

a) Find the style or styles you wish to purchase and select your size;<\/p>\n

b) Add the selected product(s) to the \u201cShopping Cart\u201d;<\/p>\n

c) Register the User\u2019s personal data, which includes \u201cDelivery Address\u201d, \u201cBilling Address \u201c, \u201cPayment Method\u201d, telephone number and tax identification number (VAT). These data will be integrated into Gluck\u2019s database according to our Privacy Policy;<\/p>\n

d) Review your order and confirm it.<\/p>\n

4.2 The User will receive an e-mail confirming the order with the details for the selected payment method. After we receive validation of the payment, the User will also receive an e-mail confirmation.<\/p>\n

4.3 Gluck will provide all the details of the purchase through the website gluckgarmentindustries.com on the User\u2019s client area.<\/p>\n

4.4 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.<\/p>\n

4.5 By submitting the order form, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions described at gluckgarmentindustries.com , as well as with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

4.6 Gluck reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:<\/p>\n

a) The product is not available;<\/p>\n

b) The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com;<\/p>\n

c) The payment cannot be confirmed;<\/p>\n

d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;<\/p>\n

e) There is an error in the price quotation;<\/p>\n

f) It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the User.<\/p>\n

5. Place a preorder<\/h4>\n

5.1 The preorder event is available for a limited period of time. The preorder is valid after the payment and will be delivered during the indicated period.<\/p>\n

5.2 Once the preorder is accepted, Gluck is not able to make any changes to it, including sizes, styles, quantities and others.<\/p>\n

5.3 You may only cancel a preorder if the event is still active on the site. Please consult the preorder page for more information on durations. As soon as the event has ended, the order cannot be canceled.<\/p>\n

5.4 Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is by Gluck.<\/p>\n

5.5 If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will only be issued in store credits at Gluck.<\/p>\n

5.6 On occasion, Gluck might cancel certain styles after the event has ended due to production reasons. If your item(s) have been canceled, you will be notified immediately. We will issue a full refund for the amount to the orginal payment method chosen at checkout.<\/p>\n

6. Price<\/h4>\n

6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.<\/p>\n

6.2 All prices are quoted in Euros (\u20ac). Note that changing the delivery country may influence the prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs may also be applicable in certain countries, especially UK, and will be paid by the User.<\/p>\n

6.3 Prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. Gluck reserves the right to change prices without advance notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.<\/p>\n

6.4 In case there is an error in the price of the ordered products, Gluck or the User may, up until the order is shipped, cancel the order.<\/p>\n

6.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes the taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.<\/p>\n

6.6 The User must only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n

7. Payment methods<\/h4>\n

7.1 The User can purchase products using Credit Card and Paypal. Users from Portugal, may also choose the payment method Multibanco.<\/p>\n

7.2 Gluck will not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User should not try to pay by any other means which are not included in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may occur.<\/p>\n

8. Delivery<\/h4>\n

8.1 Gluck shall send the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm GMT, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the User.<\/p>\n

8.2 Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.<\/p>\n

8.3 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The responsiveness of Gluck depends on the availability of stock and cannot be guaranteed in periods of promotions, sales and during Christmas season.<\/p>\n

8.4 Gluck will inform the user of the availability of the product(s) ordered and shall refund the amount paid, within 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the item\u2019s unavailability.<\/p>\n

8.5 In case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the User will be contacted to be given another delivery date.<\/p>\n

8.6 At the time of delivery, the User must inspect the package in order to check for possible damage. If the User finds that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User should report the situation, if possible documented with photos, to the e-mail customer@gluckgarmentindustries.com and if the User agrees, Gluck will proceed to resend the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid for the order will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

8.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the order payment date, please send us an email to info@gluckgarmentindustries.com informing us of what happened. After this time has elapsed, Gluck cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.<\/p>\n

8.8 Gluck considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.<\/p>\n

9. Cancelling an order<\/h4>\n

You can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.<\/p>\n

If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should contact immediately Gluck\u2019s Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via the e-mail info@gluckgarmentindustries.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the customer will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.<\/p>\n

If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the customer. If the customer maintains the intention to cancel the order, the customer should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you will receive.<\/p>\n

10. Returns<\/h4>\n

The customer may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:<\/p>\n

a) The product(s) have not been used;<\/p>\n

b) The product(s) maintain their original features: labels, security seal and branded bo intact;<\/p>\n

c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Gluck.<\/p>\n

The customer shall request the return by sending an e-mail to customer@gluckgarmentindustries.com explaining why he wishes to return the order.<\/p>\n

Once the returned product is received, Gluck will review and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund the customer within fifteen (15) days the amount paid for the product or products without any extra expenses.<\/p>\n

If the returned products are damaged or worn, Gluck reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the customer.<\/p>\n

Please note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Therefore, the delivery costs initially supported by the customer will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

Please note Gluck shoes are made in leather which is a natural material and might incorporate natural characteristics that should be considered unique marks.<\/p>\n

Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.<\/p>\n

11. Return of faulty products<\/h4>\n

The customer has the right to return the products delivered fourteen (14) days after receiving them.
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original branded boxes, all tags attached, security seal intact and placed inside the original outside package received upon delivery.<\/p>\n

The reception of faulty products must be reported to Gluck via the e-mail customer@gluckgarmentindustries.com within 3 (three) days of receiving the order, including one or more pictures that document the defects. If your complaint is justified, the amount paid for the product and for the shipping charges will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Gluck reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.<\/p>\n

12. Return during sale season<\/h4>\n

During the sale season, you will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost.<\/p>\n

13. Exchanges for other sizes or other products<\/h4>\n

If you would like to exchange a products, you will need to return it and place a new order.<\/p>\n

In case of products with defects or other non-compliances, the customer has the right to return the product or products and receive an exchange or refund.<\/p>\n

14. Shipping charges<\/h4>\n

Shipping charges will be refunded in the following situations:
a) Product quality defects.
b) Discrepancies between pairs.
c) Sizes\/colors shipped in packages with wrong size\/color labels.<\/p>\n

Please note, any of the situations above will be reviewed by the quality department of Gluck and only confirmed and accepted after the review.<\/p>\n

15. Quality<\/h4>\n

Gluck does not sell second-hand products, faulty or of lower quality than the market standards. The main characteristics of each product are shown on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com in each product page.<\/p>\n

Gluck will make every effort so that the colors of the products that appear on the website gluckgarmentindustries.com are the most accurate and as real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.<\/p>\n

16. Compliants<\/h4>\n

As we aim to continuously improving our services, Gluck will strive for meeting and resolving the claims submitted by the User via the e-mail info@gluckgarmentindustries.com within 5 (five) business days.<\/p>\n

17. Warranty and after-sales support<\/h4>\n

Gluck products benefit from the warranty in accordance with the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.<\/p>\n

18. Exclusion and limitation of liability<\/h4>\n

Gluck does not guarantee the website gluckgarmentindustries.com will run uninterruptedly, or any of its features, as it may be suspended for carrying out maintenance work, repairs or upgrades.<\/p>\n

Gluck will also not assume any liability for any damages arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations that prevent Gluck, is in any way, to meet its obligations, in particular, strikes, electric network failures, telecommunications services or any other services faults, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays of suppliers or carriers and changes in laws or administrative regulations.<\/p>\n
